Damaged Item Policy

All shirts are carefully inspected before delivery to ensure they are in excellent condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to request a full refund or exchange. Damaged items reported after the 5-day window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To receive a replacement or refund, the original damaged item must be returned. Once the item is returned and reviewed, we will gladly issue a replacement, exchange, or refund if eligible.
